The short version: the free Audit has no strings attached, the footage you send stays yours, and we don't manage or touch your ad accounts. You keep full control of placement and spend.

By using this website or requesting a Stream-to-Demand Audit, you agree to these terms. Rerun Commerce is an operating venture of Appear AI.

What this covers

These terms govern use of this website and the free Stream-to-Demand Audit offer. They don't cover the terms of a paid retainer engagement. Those are set out in a separate service agreement signed between Rerun Commerce and the client, which takes precedence over this page for anything it addresses.

The free Stream-to-Demand Audit

• The Audit is provided at no charge and with no obligation to become a paying client.
• To perform the Audit, you'll send us a link to or a copy of an existing live broadcast recording. You confirm that you have the right to share this footage with us for this purpose.
• Any sample assets built as part of the Audit are yours to use, whether or not you go on to engage Rerun Commerce as a client. See Intellectual Property below.
• We may decline to complete an Audit at our discretion, for example if the request falls outside our target market or service scope.

Intellectual property

Footage and source material you send us remains your property. Assets we create from your footage, whether during a free Audit or a paid engagement, are licensed to you for your business use. Rerun Commerce retains ownership of its own internal tools, processes, and methodology, none of which are transferred to you by using this site or requesting an Audit.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to submit footage you don't have the rights to share, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the site or its underlying systems.

No warranty

This website and the free Audit are provided "as is." While we aim for accuracy in any estimates or projections included in an Audit (such as a missed-revenue estimate), these are informed estimates, not guarantees of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rerun Commerce and Appear AI are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the free Audit offer. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Delaware, USA — confirm this matches where the business is actually incorporated], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
